Dr. Mahesh Sreedharan represents the fourth generation of a family renowned in Ayurvedic medicine, with traditional expertise handed down through the lineage. He received foundational training from his father, Dr. N. Sreedharan, who was a former Director of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homeopathy in Kerala.

Experience: Dr. Mahesh has more than two decades of specialized practice in Ayurveda. His blend of classical Ayurvedic wisdom, advanced Panchakarma protocols, and modern healthcare management distinguishes his clinical approach.

Institutional Legacy: In 1996, he and Dr. Anitha Mahesh established the Mitra Centre for Panchakarma, which evolved into Mitra Hermitage Ayurveda Hospital in 2009. His vision has been instrumental in creating a globally recognized center for authentic Ayurvedic healing.
